飯店客房內及公共區域全面禁菸
依政府菸害防制法第31條規定，本酒店內所有客房及公共區域全面禁菸，若違反規定可處新台幣貳千元至壹萬元罰鍰。(若有違規情事且勸導不聽者，將逕自向主管機關提出檢舉)
如經酒店發現於客房或館內抽菸之貴賓，將酌收清潔費TWD10,000元。(若造成設備損毀，除清潔費之外並需照價賠償)

Prohibition of Smoking in All Indoor Spaces and All Public Areas
The Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act requires a complete prohibition of smoking in all indoor spaces and all public areas with the exception of designated outdoor smoking zones in hotels. Any person in violation of the principles shall be punished by a fine at an amount of no less than NTD 2,000 but no more than NTD 10,000. Repeated violators may be reported to the Ministry of Health and Welfare and may be fined continuously and independently for each violation. Those who smoke inside hotel rooms should be punished a cleaning fee NTD 10,000 and the hotel will collect penalty for further damages.
