70% deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s) 10-13 days before the check-in date.
50% deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s) 7-9 days before the check-in date.
40% deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s) 4-6 days before the check-in date.
30% deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s) 2-3 days before the check-in date.
20% deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s) 1 day before the check-in date.
Non-refund when canceling your booking(s) on the check-in date.
In the case of any natural disasters, such as an earthquake or a land warning of the typhoon from the Central Weather Bureau, 100% booking deposit will be refunded when canceling your booking(s).

Adult: NT$600/person (including breakfast and amenities)
Children (including breakfast and amenities):
Below 115cm: Free
Between 115- 150cm: NT$176/person (change to NT$198 from 2023)
150cm and above: same as adults
Notice: For package without breakfast: there will be a NT$300 occupancy fee per person above 115cm.
